When placing a personalized order, an electronic proof is required for a $5 charge. This fee is simply to cover the time invested for a typesetter to proof and correct any errors found and to adjust the text to best fit the invitation. Only simple spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette can be proofed. We cannot correct customer names, event locations, town or street names or dates. We ask that you please review this information carefully! You may also override any changes made by the typesetter and they will be changed to your liking. Once you approve your proof, if you find an error please contact customer service immediately! We ask that all communication dealing with spelling and wording be through email to make certain that there are no errors due to possible misunderstanding or miscommunication. *Although a typesetter proofs your order, we are not responsible for errors if you approve your proof.
If you find an error before your product is printed, we can make as many changes as necessary.
If you find an error after your product is printed, we will work diligently with you to correct the mistake in the most efficient way possible. Unfortunately, if the order has been printed there will be a reprint fee at a 40% discount.
If an error or mistake is made by TickledPinkDesign.net or a vendor, we will gladly reprint the order at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy on Personalized Orders:
If your order has not been printed, you can cancel your order at any time. We do ask that you cancel your order as soon as possible. There will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total before tax and/or shipping fees. If a proof has been completed, the proof fee is non-refundable and will be added to the cancellation fee. If you placed a rush order, and the order has been started in the proofing process (1st step of production), then the rush fee will also be non-refundable and added to the cancellation fee.
Once an order has been printed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Return and Exchange Policies on Blank Stock and Gifts:
Returns on blank stock and all other non-personalized items must be within 7 business days of receipt and will incur a 25% restocking fee. The date of receipt will be determined by using the tracking information provided by FedEx. To initiate a return, please contact customer service for RMA # before returning the item(s). This RMA # will be good for 7 business days. The product must be returned in its original condition. If we find that the products have been used, damaged or is not a complete return, the customer will only receive a refund on the items that are deemed returnable. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges may also be made on all blank stock and non-personalized items within 7 business days of receipt. Please contact customer service if an exchange is desired. All items must be returned in its original condition and must be unused and undamaged. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
*Please note that blank stock invitations do not come with printing instructions and are printed at your own risk.
Shipping Times:
All shipping times vary depending on product availability. Please see the details in each items information page for typical shipping times.
Blank stock orders typically ship within 1-4 business days after the order is placed.
Personalized orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We do offer rush services if needed. If you place a rush order there will be an additional fee of $30 and will guarantee your order to ship out within 2 business days of ordering.
Please note that shipping times are not included in the processing times. Once your order is shipped within the time frames stated above, please add the number of days required for time in transit. USPS Priority Mail transit time is typically 2-3 days. FedEx transit times vary and will be quoted at check out. Once an order is shipped it usually arrives within the time frame quoted. However, these times are not guaranteed.
In the rare event we are out of stock on a blank order product, we will make our best efforts to have the product shipped from our vendors to you so there is no additional delay. Shipping carriers may vary from your chosen method and will be determined at our discretion to ensure it arrives to you in the quickest time possible. We try our best to be up to date on all out of stock items, however feel free to contact customer service prior to ordering if you wish to verify availability.
